Information we collect

• Information you send us: when you use our trip inquiry, investor, review or newsletter forms, we collect what you enter, such as your name, email, phone number, travel plans, budget range, investment interests, messages, and any photos or video links you choose to share.
• Your text message choices: whether you agreed to receive informational or marketing text messages.
• Basic technical information: like most websites, our hosting provider may record standard server logs (such as IP address and browser type) to keep the site running securely.

How we use your information

• To respond to you, plan and book your travel, and provide customer service.
• To share information about our planned real estate program if you joined the founding investor list.
• To send our newsletter if you signed up, and text messages only if you opted in.
• To post reviews, photos or videos on our website and social media only when you have given permission, and only after we approve them.

Text messages

We send text messages from +1 (833) 759-2466 only to people who have opted in. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time, or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase. We do not sell or share your mobile number or text-messaging opt-in information with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes.

Data sharing

• Customer data is not shared with third parties for promotional or marketing purposes.
• Mobile opt-in and consent are never shared with anyone for any purpose. Any information sharing that may be mentioned elsewhere in this policy excludes mobile opt-in data.

Traveling Wahoo LLC Messaging Terms and Conditions

1. The messaging program consists of general conversational messaging to answer questions and provide support to customers, promotional offers or discounts, and promotion of our products and services.
2. You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to the phone number from which you received messages. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.
3. If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program, you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or you can get help directly at troy@travelingwahoo.com.
4. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
5. As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency will vary based on communication needs. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

How information is shared

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as needed to serve you:

• Travel suppliers and our host agency: to book your trip, we share the necessary details with hotels, cruise lines, tour operators and other suppliers, and with Fora Travel, the host agency we work with as an independent advisor.
• Service providers: companies that help us run the website and communicate with you, such as our website and form host, our email and text messaging providers, and Google, which hosts some of our website content.
• Legal reasons: when required by law or to protect our rights and the safety of others.

Third-party content on our site

Our pages load fonts from Google Fonts and some photos from Unsplash. YouTube videos load only when you press play, using YouTube's privacy-enhanced mode. Links to Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and WhatsApp take you to those services, which have their own privacy policies.

Advertising and measurement

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our website, such as which pages are visited, how people find us, and whether they send an inquiry. Google Analytics uses cookies and collects information like pages viewed, approximate location and device type; it does not tell us who you are. When we advertise on Google, our website also uses the Google tag to measure whether visits from our ads lead to trip inquiries, newsletter sign-ups or phone calls. Google may use cookies or similar technology for this. We use this only to understand what works on our site and in our ads; we do not sell your information. We keep your information only as long as needed for the purposes above, or as required for business, tax or legal records.

• Unsubscribe from our newsletter using the link in any email, or reply STOP to any text.

Children

Our website is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Investment information

Traveling Wahoo's real estate program is in the early stage of formation. Nothing on this website is an offer to sell or a solicitation to buy any security.
