About our travel services

Traveling Wahoo LLC is an independent travel advisor with Fora Travel. When we book travel for you, hotels, cruise lines, airlines, tour operators and other suppliers provide the actual travel services, and their own terms, conditions and cancellation policies apply. Prices, availability, perks and amenities are set by suppliers and can change until your booking is confirmed. We strongly recommend travel insurance.

Planning fees

Many bookings carry no planning fee. Custom multi-destination itineraries, group trips and retreats may include a planning fee. Veteran organization group trips carry no planning fee. Any fee, and its refund terms, will be explained and agreed with you in writing before work begins. Supplier prices, deposits and cancellation penalties are separate and set by each supplier.

Information on this site

We work to keep the information on this site accurate and current, but travel details, destination information, laws, tax rules and residency requirements change. Content on this site is general information only. It is not legal, tax, immigration or financial advice. Please confirm important details with the right professional before making decisions.

Our real estate program

Traveling Wahoo's fractional ownership program is in the early stage of formation. Nothing on this site is an offer to sell or a solicitation to buy any security. Any future offering will be made only to verified accredited investors through formal offering documents, which will govern over anything on this website. Sample listings and region descriptions are illustrations only.

Reviews, photos and other submissions

If you send us a review, photo, video link or other content, you confirm that it is yours to share and that anyone shown has agreed to it being shared. You give Traveling Wahoo permission to display it on our website and social media. We review submissions before posting and may edit for length or decline to post them. You can ask us to remove your content at any time.

Links to other sites

Our site links to other websites, such as social media, suppliers and community organizations. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

Use of the site

Please don't misuse the site, for example by sending spam through our forms, trying to break its security, or copying its content for commercial use without permission. The Traveling Wahoo name and logo belong to Traveling Wahoo LLC.
